At TFW, we focus on the individual. Each session consists of a motivational lesson, nutrition lesson, warm up, work out, and cool down. Each participant gets a program designed for her individualized needs. TFW is about cooperation, not competition.

Thanks to Coach Chris and the TFW method, fitness has become a way of life for me.
