At TFW, we focus on the individual. Each session consists of a motivational lesson, nutrition lesson, warm up, work out, and cool down. Each participant gets a program designed for their individualized needs. TFW is about cooperation, not competition.


The 6 Week Warrior Challenge Begins On Tuesday October 11th!

The 6 Week Warrior Challenge is an opportunity for anyone to add fitness back into his or her life and to improve how he or she looks and feels. Our TFW coaches work with you to set and reach attainable fitness goals through diet & nutrition planning and 1-on-1 personal coaching.

TFW Member Spotlight: This is Kathie. Kathie has been a member of TFW Winston Salem since February '16. On top of being a teacher and a mother of two, Kathie has made time in her daily schedule to train with us at TFW. Last week she competed and completed her first 50k run from Pilot Mountain to Hanging Rock, and she is all smiles as she crosses the finish line! We are grateful to have her as a part of our community, and very proud of her accomplishments. Here is what she had to say about her time training at TFW WS:

"I've gained courage, confidence, and strength to try things I've always wanted to try but never believed I had the physical ability to do. I've completed a Mud Run, a sprint triathlon, an Ultra 50k, and I joined a local crew (rowing) team since joining TFW. Every workout I finish at TFW, I feel a sense of accomplishment. The top-notch coaching, the encouragement, the team work, the positive atmosphere, and the variety of workouts keep me reaching toward my goals. I look forward to each training session at TFW, and I am excited to challenge my limits by competing in more events this year & in 2017!"

At TFW we are continually motivated by the spirit, strength, and energy that all of our warriors bring into the gym each day. Lose Fat Build Muscle Feel Good

Hi, Coach. Rather than go sweat with my TFW lions yesterday morning, I went to CG Hill Park to try running again. After a walking warm-up lap, I ran three entire laps around the upper loop. That’s 1.3 miles, Chris!!! I haven’t run that far in 10 years.The best part: my knees didn’t bark at me. I still feel a bit giddy today, and I am so happy!Every little victory reinforces how important fitness is to me. Thanks for being part of my recovery and my progress!Best wishes,Donna

Thanks to Coach Chris and the TFW method, fitness has become a way of life for me. Coach Chris is a true motivator, always encouraging, always positive, and is a constant source of inspiration to his students. With his guidance and a little bit of perseverance I have lost 30 pounds, and developed strength and muscle that I never knew I could obtain. But the real beauty of TFW doesn't lie in the changing of physique or strength of muscles that you will undoubtedly unleash when applying yourself to the program... The real prize is the confidence you will build from the realization that you really can change your life for the better when you step up and take control of the reigns! I will never say "I can't" again!
