Strength Training

Full body training session designed to strengthen upper and lower body.  A variety of exercises are used to keep the student’s body guessing and to eliminate boredom. Bodyweight, dumbbells, resistance bands, kettlebells, barbells, and med balls are all utilized to help each student achieve their goal. These training sessions are designed to help you become stronger, lose fat, develop balance, and flexibility.  Building strength helps in every aspect of life and strength is never a weakness.

Mondays & Fridays - 5:15-6:15am, 8:30-9:30am, 1:00-2:00pm, 5:30-6:30pm, 6:30-7:30pm


TFW’s signature workout.  The hurricane is the main form of metabolic training used in the TFW program.  A hurricane training session is like it’s namesake, brief, but intense and causes disruption to all major systems. This training creates the stimulus of rebuilding that burns fat, builds muscle, and targets your core!  Each hurricane consists of three rounds, nine sets of cardiovascular/metabolic training.

Wednesdays - 5:15-6:15am, 8:30-9:30am, 1:00-2:00pm, 5:30-6:30pm, 6:30-7:30pm

Energy Circuit

Metabolic workout.  High intensity training with exercises performed back to back with little rest to increase endurance.  This class will help burn fat and increase energy all at the same time!!!

Tuesdays - 5:15-6:15am, 8:30-9:30am, 1:00-2:00pm, 6:00-7:00pm • Thursdays - 8:30-9:30am • Saturdays - 8:30-9:30am

Speed Strength

This class uses different exercises to target the fast twitch muscle fibers of the body. This will help you build more lean muscle, increase your metabolism, and feel better.

Thursdays - 5:15-6:15am, 1:00-2:00pm, 6:00-7:00pm

Sports Performance

The performance program is designed to work with middle school and high school students of all levels, whether they are beginning or advanced. Your child will get stronger, faster, leaner and more flexible.  Performance is designed to work with the student athlete and non-athlete alike. The program focuses on teaching students healthy habits that will follow them into adulthood.
