Small Group Training

Small group personalized training. This program includes metabolic training as well as strength training. All training sessions include a nutrition and motivation lessons, warm-up, workout, and cool down, focusing on flexibility and mobility. TFW offers classes Monday – Saturday with open gym times on Saturday and Sunday. Please click on the links for the descriptions of the individual classes. This program encompasses the Monday and Friday strength days, Tuesday and Saturday energy circuits, Thursday speed strength and last but not least our signature workout on Wednesdays THE Hurricane!!!

Personal Training

Personal training: This program focuses on all aspects of health from training to nutrition. The student works one on one with their coach at a scheduled time. Coach Chris and Coach Max both offer personal training. This is a great option if you need or prefer a more personal touch.

Sports Training

The battle ready sports performance program is designed to work with middle school and high school students of all levels, whether they are beginning or advanced. Your child will get stronger, faster, leaner and more flexible. Performance is designed to work with the student athlete and non-athlete alike. The program focuses on teaching students healthy habits that will follow them into adulthood. This program includes 3 strength training days and 2 speed/agility training days.
