Personalized small group training includes metabolic training as well as strength training.

All training sessions include a nutrition and motivation lessons, warm-up, workout, and cool down, focusing on flexibility and mobility.

This program encompasses the Monday and Friday: Strength Days; Tuesday and Saturday: Energy CircuitsThursday: Speed Strengthand last but not least our signature workout on Wednesdays: "The Hurricane"!
